I was a classroom teacher for the first half of my career, then I moved into higher education. Now, in my day job, I lead a team of support staff and teachers.

I first began mentoring pre-service and graduate teachers in 2009 and I continue to coach new and experienced teachers and leaders. My passion is connecting with individuals who work in schools to enhance their well-being and foster career growth.

I have a Master of Education and a Professional Certificate of Coaching for Educational Leaders, which have given me the tools to effectively guide you to reach your career goals.
